Hammad Ahmad Iltaf is a dedicated professional with a background in metallurgy and materials engineering, currently serving as a Planning and Inspection Engineer in the industry. Driven by a deep commitment to societal impact, Hammad joined the Pakistan Development Movement (PDM) in his final year of university. Bringing innovative ideas from the start, he led the organization’s first career counselling project for high school students, inspiring young minds to pursue their career aspirations. Now, as Chairman of the Personnel Committee, he oversees all aspects of onboarding and ensures the personnel team operates effectively to support PDM’s mission and growth.

Huria Binte Ashiq is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, and has complemented her academic pursuits with specialized training programs. These include a six-month course in Global Understanding from East Carolina University and a six-month course on Foundational Principles of Exercising Leadership, Harvard University. Professionally, Huria has gained valuable experience through internships at Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) and Aspire Institute Pakistan Foundry. Beyond her academic and professional endeavors, she actively engages with various organizations, demonstrating her commitment to community services.
