The Pakistan Development Movement (PDM) is looking for a passionate and creative university student to join our team as an Operations & Social Media Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and development operations.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and grow PDM’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
2. Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and short videos/reels.
3. Edit and upload videos for YouTube and short-form content for other platforms.
4. Assist in executing PDM’s projects, campaigns, and events.
5. Develop and implement social media campaigns and marketing strategies.
6. Support operational tasks related to ongoing development projects.
7. Be adaptable and willing to take on any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the management to support the organization’s goals and initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Must be a currently enrolled student at a Pakistani university.
2. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
3. Basic to intermediate video editing skills (for reels and YouTube content).
4. Understanding of social media algorithms, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling.
5. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
7. Prior experience managing social media pages or marketing campaigns.
8. Familiarity with WordPress.
9. Creative thinking and passion for youth empowerment and development causes.
