INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS DAY

In order to celebrate the event of International Volunteer’s Day that is celebrated on 5th december all over the globe, Pakistan Development Movement as a partner with Alkhidmat Foundation Punjab-North has made a collaboration. On 3rd December 2024, both the Pakistan Development movement and Alkhidmat Foundation has made an effort to organize an event at the Pak-China Friendship Centre Islamabad.

Recognition of PDM

After two years of unwavering dedication and enthusiasm, the PAKISTAN DEVELOPMENT MOVEMENT has been honored with a shield of recognition, a powerful symbol of the efforts by Alkhidmat Foundation Punjab-North. PDM members have been committed throughout this journey and played a greater part in empowering young minds. This recognition is a testament to ultimate goal of creating lasting change within our society.

Acquisition Of New Memberships

This day and the event has yielded remarkable results including the joining of new members. We were also honored to have had the opportunity of welcoming our Guests from different organizations on this memorable day. We had the visits of these members on our stall and engage in meaningful discussions with representatives from the PM Youth Program Initiative and few other organizations.

PDM had an opportunity to showcase its work to esteemed Guests, including Hafiz Naeem from Jamat-e-Islami, as well as representatives from Leading Government, Project Khudi and Forgotten Women. These interactions have paved the way for potential collaborations and future partnerships. We thank all the participants who have made efforts and made PDM to reach to this level of success.

Conclusion:

Along with the Pakistan Development Movement’s team members, a hug number of volunteers joined the event for promoting the importance of volunteering and exchange of thoughts within the community.
